My brother and I were at a Land Rover media day last week. He elected to go on an off-road course whilst I whizzed around in a XFR-S. The shuttle vehicle was this 12-seater Defender, built by Land Rover special projects - just because they can!

Yeah, I saw that... My first thought was that it makes them easier to spot in the underbrush when you're trying to mow them down during an over-enthusiastic, diesel-fueled, long-wheelbase rampage!

It's on portal axles so maybe a different bolt pattern, IDK they kind of grew on me.

Used to do 6 hour family holiday drives in my dad's 109 pickup that he converted to a waggon. I'm probably 2 inches shorter because of it.
